Preheat your oven to 425 degree F. Place a salmon filet in an ovenproof dish and dot with a few tiny cubes of butter. Alternately, drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Now take a lime and grate about 1 or 2 teaspoons of the zest over the fish. Squeeze some of the juice over the salmon as well - not too much. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes or to your liking.
