Last Night's Dinner Means Today's Lunch. Always.

Dinner: Slow-simmered Black Beans with Cocoa Powder and Mole Spices; Green Leaf Salad; Pico de Gallo relish; Yellow Rice and Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce


Lunch the Following Day: Pretty Much the Same but the leafy green salad was swapped out for just harvested clover and cabbage sprouts + the addition of chunks of aged Cheddar, sour cream and home-pickled radishes.
