Much Ado About Fondue
















Miki-san hosted her second annual Fondue Fantasia on possibly the coldest night of the winter yet . . . perfect weather for drinking for warmth and dunking bread in melted cheese and wine. Additionally, a buffet of cold appetizers was thoughtfully laid out as guests arrived: a Spanish torta with potatoes and chorizo, rare sliced beef drizzled with ginger and soy, rice and green pea crackers, mini-skewers of hard-boiled quail eggs and tomatoes, olives and more. Once again Miki has proven herself the Queen of Fondue (and an amazing hostess and cook in general).
