Heirloom Baby Tomatoes Forever!

Not forever, actually, more like another seven weeks if we're lucky enough to dodge frosty nights in early October. While larger tomato varieties, like our Pink Brandywines, are just arriving on plants and still bright green, these baby heirloom fruits are ripe for picking. Above, Cafe Drake HRV's Yellow and Orange Pear Tomatoes and our Chocolate Cherry Tomatoes were supplemented with Green Tiger Tomatoes from the Kingston Farmer's Market. Such perfect specimens merit respectful plating to appreciate the myriad hues and shapes but kept their sweet flavors the star of the show, complimented only with a drizzle of good olive oil, Hawaiian lava black salt and piquant flowers from our Asian mustard greens.
